1.      Trainer Staff

·         Identify training needs

·         Create a training program plan

·         Implementation of training programs

·         Record training programs

·         Conduct implementation evaluations

2.      Software Developers

·    Working in teams, in product development programs to deliver quality software and documentation

·    Involve the entire development cycle from requirements analysis to design, encode, test, implement and support

·     Travel abroad will be required for customer meeting purposes or on-site project support

3.      Programmer

·     Play an important role in building credibility and confidence with potential clients by demonstrating and proving value leadership thinking

·      General programming skills, analyzing information, troubleshooting, algorithm design, applications

·   Performance adjustments, attention to detail, application design, debugging applications, basics of application development, documentation, testing

4.      Administration

·         Conducting activities to prepare work space

·         Prepare equipment and office equipment for all employees

·         Corresponding, documentation and archiving

·       Create a work plan, job evaluation (daily & monthly), to ensure the achievement of the quality of work targets required in consideration of superiors.

·         Controlling data and input data

5.      Web Programmer

·         Develop and maintain the website and its relationship with other applications

·         Perform regular updates and website maintenance

·         Upload products, articles, event schedules to websites

·         Provide traffic reports and web statistics

·         Create and provide everything the IT team and related sites need

·  Responsible for IT infrastructure (office network, setup, maintenance & troubleshooting)

·         Performing AdHoc tasks from superiors
